Due to the perishable nature of roasted coffee, we handle coffee returns on a case-by-case basis to ensure you receive the freshest experience possible.
Contact Support
Reach out to our workshop team within 30 days of your purchase with your order number and details regarding the issue.
Receive Authorization
Our team will review your request and provide a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) or a replacement confirmation for coffee quality issues.
Package Your Item
For brewing equipment and merchandise, securely pack the item in its original packaging to ensure it is not damaged during transit.
Ship and Refund
Affix the provided shipping label and drop the package at any authorized carrier location; once received, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days.
